First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had
a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to
figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
I’m a PT in Sydney, Australia and I am looking forward to learning in how can be a better trainer for my female clients. I love challenging them to beat their perceived lifting. But I want to give them more. I want to help shape them faster and beyond their expectations. I am so glad I found your website thanks to Pauline Nordin of Fighter Diet.
Good to hear you like the Bayesian method, Paul!

Can you refer me to a personal trainer in the Netherlands, The Hague region who has followed your course?
Is de cursus in het Nederlands of in het Engels? De cursus due 6 januari 2016 start.
My PT Course is 100% English, but you can ask questions in Dutch if you want and there are plenty of Dutch course members to help. However, if you can’t understand my articles, I would not recommend joining the course.
No enter button? Very interested. See if this can be an easy fix
There’s an enter button on your keyboard. I hate marketing, so don’t get your hopes up on this being improved anytime soon.
Do you speak portuguese?
A tiny little bit since my stay in Brazil.
